These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usvoters.fyi (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

usvoters.fyi is an independent, nonpartisan reference tool for information about U.S. elections at the federal, state, county, city, school board and special district level. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any government agency, election authority, political party, or candidate.

2. Not official election information

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for official sources. Election dates, deadlines, candidate lists, and results can change and may contain errors or delays. Always confirm registration deadlines, polling locations, ballot content, and certified results with your state or local election office before relying on them for any decision, including whether, when, or how to vote.

Nothing on the Site is legal, voting, or election-law advice.

3. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, usvoters.fyi and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any information it contains.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at disruptive volume, or using it to publish or distribute false information about elections, candidates, or voting procedures.

The Site may link to official election-authority websites and other third-party resources. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
